Hourly Rates:

Debbie’s Historical and Genealogical Services rates are $45.00 per hour. Rates are negotiable for some services. Time is billed in 15 minute increments. Expenses are extra, and may include, but are not limited to, long distance telephone calls, copies, faxes, costs related to requests for documents, costs for documents, postage and mileage.

Broader requests typically begin with background research followed by more specific research where needed. Broader research requests typically require more research time because they require background research to determine the direction of the research. If you are able to limit your request to something specific, like reviewing a set of cemetery records for a specific person, looking at land records for a specific property, or photographing a specific burial monument, etc., your costs will also be more limited.
