Waterford Cemetery

Waterford township, Dakota county, Minnesota: T112N - R19W, section 20

I was not able to locate the original location of this cemetery. My assumption is that it no longer exists. The only reference I was able to find concerning its existence was in the "History of Dakota County and the city of Hastings", by Rev. Edward D. Neill, he lists the following about Waterford Cemetery: '... R.C. Masters also gave a piece of land in section 20, at the north-west corner of the village plat. Arrangements were made to transfer the bodies from this spot to Rose Leaf Cemetery. A number have been removed, and the remainder will probably be conveyed there during the present year (1881), [when] according to the original contract, the land will revert to R.C. Masters, or his heirs (page 494).
